Ticket Terms & Conditions

Ticket Sales: Ticket sales include admission to the ACAS2024 event the ticket/s were purchased for only. Additional activity tickets are sold separately. Please note your ticket is not confirmed until full payment is received and confirmation has been sent to you. We highly recommend not booking any flights or accommodation until your confirmation has been received.

Refunds: Early bird tickets and tickets purchased on sale are non-refundable. Tickets purchased at full price are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event the tickets were purchased for only. Please note there is an admin fee of $150 for refunds per ticket. 

Ticket Name Transfers: Ticket name transfers are available up to 30 days prior to the event the tickets were purchased for only. If tickets are to be transferred to a person in a higher ticket category then the difference will need to be paid prior to the name transfer. If the ticket is to be transferred to a person in a lower ticket category the difference is non-refundable. 

Please note there is an admin fee of $75 for name transfers, plus the upgrade price difference should this apply, at the time of the request.

There may be additional activities that are not included in the main event that incur additional costs, such as a special pre-symposium breakfast etc.
